To continue to uphold the vision of mission of the organization each year, NaFFAA convenes State and Regional Leadership, Executive Board Members and National Trustees to focus on strategy and implementation of its leadership development, advocacy, civic engagement, and cultural education initiatives.

Capacity building sharing sessions, professional development exercises, and team building programming is at the center of our conferences and summits.

NaFFAA firmly believes its leadership is its differentiator. We prioritize the investment into our infrastructure!
