NaFFAA Welcomes New National Leaders: Joshua Ang Price Appointed Executive Director; Maddie Vines Named Trustee

December 18, 2025, Washington, DC — The National Federation of Filipino American Associations (NaFFAA) proudly announces the appointment of Joshua Ang Price as its new Executive Director and the election of Maddie Vines as a National Trustee, marking an exciting new chapter in the organization’s continued mission to advance civic engagement, leadership development, national advocacy, and the advancement of culture and arts for Filipino Americans nationwide.


Joshua Ang Price is a seasoned Filipino American leader and strategist whose career spans nonprofit leadership, public service, and community advocacy. Known for building strong coalitions and advancing civic participation, he brings a results-driven, people-centered approach to his role as Executive Director.

Joshua Ang Price brings more than 15 years of national nonprofit, government, and civic leadership experience to his role as Executive Director. A nationally recognized Filipino American leader, Ang Price has served in senior roles across advocacy, fundraising, public policy, and coalition-building, including leadership with FYLPRO, Arkansas United, and Hybrid Strategies Consulting. His track record includes raising millions of dollars in grants, strengthening U.S.–Philippine relations, overseeing statewide civic engagement programs, and serving in the U.S. Small Business Administration and as an Election Commissioner. A recipient of the TOFA Award (Politics) and a frequent national media voice, Ang Price is uniquely positioned to guide NaFFAA’s strategic growth and national impact.

“As Filipino Americans, our collective voice matters,” said Ang Price. “My goal is to ensure that our community not only has a seat at the table, but that we show up boldly proud of our culture, leading with lakas ng loob — the inner courage to speak up, inspire others to do more good, empower emerging leaders, and build meaningful bridges across communities, institutions, and generations.”


Maddie Vines, newly elected NaFFAA Trustee, is a longtime Filipino American community leader and public servant known for her steady leadership and deep commitment to service. Maddie brings decades of experience in governance, advocacy, and community building, and is widely respected for her integrity, compassion, and dedication to strengthening Filipino American organizations and families.

Joining the Board of Trustees is Maddie Vines, a respected legal professional and longtime community leader with more than 32 years of experience in public service, litigation, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Senior Paralegal II with the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, Vines has led complex legal operations, managed teams, and advanced equity, inclusion, and community advocacy throughout her career. She has also served in executive leadership roles with the Filipino American Community of Southern Colorado, advised chambers of commerce, and has been a dedicated NaFFAA leader and advocate for decades. Her deep governance experience, operational discipline, and heart for service make her a strong addition to NaFFAA’s national leadership.

“I am honored to serve NaFFAA and to contribute to a community rooted in collaboration and service,” said Vines. “I look forward to bringing my legal and professional experience to help strengthen our organization, support our leaders, and work together to advance the well-being of Filipino American communities.”
